Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service appointment, please do so as soon as possible in order to receive a full refund. We will issue a 100% refund if service appointment is cancelled at least two hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If service appointment is cancelled within two hours of scheduled appointment time a 50% refund will be issued.

Methods of Payment

1st Choice Mobile Notary accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and Cash as a form of payment. A deposit of $25 must be made when booking a mobile service appointment online or by phone. Full payment must be received before any and all Notarial Acts. We do not accept company checks, personal checks, purchase orders and money orders by mail in form found on the forms page for your state.
